Today is surgery day and it's starting sometime after 8 AM. Dunno for sure how long it will last as they will be deciding while I'm on the table whether to take only a few lymph nodes or several. Bill & Thomas will be there throughout the surgery. Matthew will be going to school as normal (and tomorrow is a casual, wear pink day for another Costa parent) and mom is staying home to be with Matthew.
All the prayers are greatly appreciated.
If you'd like to know what you can do in the coming days, weeks, don't hesitate to call or stop by. I, for one, will welcome the company.
